Social Life Questions and Answers (Q&A)

Oh My God! Losing your best friend is like hell and nothing can be worse than this. Although love is impeccable and unconditional, it hurts more when your best friend breaks up with you for any reason. Friends are the biggest supports in life and they are always there for us no matter what. It doesn’t apply to a lover.

We should never take our friends for granted as they are the one who handles our melodramas and even our mood swings. They always stand with us for pampering and providing a comfort zone at the most vulnerable time because everyone else leaves our hand at some point of time in our life. According to me, there is no relation in this world which can provide that level of comfort. Last but not least, friendship has no boundaries and you can do whatever you want to do without any restrictions.

While in the case of lovers, you may need to be disciplined and maintain your boundaries a single careless move can destroy your happy going love-life. You can’t share each and everything with your partner as there will be some dark secrets which you never want to share with him/her, unlike your best friend. Yes, breaking up with your lover also sucks but you can recover from that.

Now, think for a while what if that friend leaves your hand when you need them the most? I know you don’t want to imagine that dejection.

P.S. Don’t get offended with my answer as it is my personal opinion and it may differ from your facts and figures. Also, this is a very sensitive topic and this argument will never end.

Teenagers act rude and dumb because they are at a stage were they are trying to discover and explore many things to help determine who they really are. It's also a phase were they feel they are no longer kids that need to be control by parents, so they explore things that they couldn't when they were a lot younger.

As stated in Eric Erickson's psychosocial theory, at teenage stage (ages 12–18), teenagers are faced with the task of identity vs. role confusion. Teenagers struggle with questions such as “Who am I?” and “What do I want to do with my life?” most of them take on different selves to see which ones fits best. They try to discover and explore several roles, ideas, set goals.

In my opinion, bullying should be considered a juvenile crime because it is already being rampant. There are so many people who get affected by this. Some are so broken by the bullying that they end up killing themselves. The worst thing is that those bullies will continue tormenting the person’s memory even after the person is dead.

Bullies should realize that this is not tolerated anywhere. If it would be considered a juvenile crime, this may be lessened. This can help save a lot of lives in the future. The younger generation will also start to become more positive. The outlook of children and teenagers will surely change.

There are half-dozen possible causes for education being so expensive in the US. However, I have discussed a few of them only. So, let us talk about those reasons.

One of the major reasons is that college tuition is too high and seems to only be increasing rather than decreasing. And this is just because less government funding is being given to the institutions of the United States. Many states have cut their higher-education budgets and now it costs a lot to even attend a community college.

Sports teams are also another reason due to which the US education system is so expensive. A lot of money is expended in supporting sports teams such as buying uniforms and helping with traveling expenses. By the time the states are done paying for the activities of their sports teams, they only have a little left over for general education. And of course, Bureaucracy of the US is also supporting as equal as these to make US educations so expensive.

These are some of the reasons because of which some of the students across the US cannot afford to go to a school.

What is stopping Donald Trump from being impeached is that majority of the people in the House of Representatives are Republican and they want him there as President.

To impeach means to bring charges in Congress which will form the basis for a trial. The US constitution states a president "shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanours".

The process of impeachment is started by the House of Representatives and only needs a simple majority to pass. The trial will be held in the Senate. Two-thirds vote from the House of Representatives for the process to continue.

There are specialist counsellors who can help you if you are suffering from PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder. In the UK, this service would be obtained by a referral from the doctor (general practitioner).

There are charities who specialise in helping one particular section of the community, such as ex-service personnel. In the UK this is Combat Stress and in the US PTSD USA.

However, the loss of a loved one, or a home move that has gone wrong, or bullying in the workplace can include a traumatic experience that does not lead to PTSD but does leave pervasive misery and difficulty in coping with everyday tasks. If you are a friend or relative observing this, sympathy is not enough although the sufferer's knowledge that you are 'there for them' will be a great support. It may be that some tasks cause your friend particular difficulty: perhaps talking to their children (acting normal), or carrying out complex financial tasks. You can look to relieve or seek relief for your friend from some of these tasks. Otherwise, most people are helped by continuing with a familiar daily round, tasks they can carry out on 'autopilot'. Doing so underlines the truismthat Life goes on.

Traumatic experiences cannot be wiped out. Some may need to talk them over, and over again. Others avoid any such discussion. Arguably, the latter suffer more. As a guide, an aged holocaust survivor who suffered horrendous events, gives talks about the holocaust to students and social groups with the intent to avoid such horrors ever occurring again. This has been her way of coming through and making some positive action out of the worstpossible experiences. Similarly, some parents who have lost children through certain accidents or illnesses have found it therapeutic to work for charities or concerns that promote better chances for future children.

Looking ahead with optimism is the ultimate target for those who have suffered trauma, but this does not arrive quickly or without effort. Loving support, professional support are bothimportant aids on the way.

Amelia Earhart is known worldwide for being the first woman to fly across the Atlantic (June 1928) and then the first women to do so alone (May 1932). She had first broken the women’s altitude record in October 1922, and in 1929 was influential in establishing separate altitude, speed and endurance records for women.

There were other famous women pilots but Earhart’s husband, George Palmer Putnam, was an influential American book publisher who ensured her fame through arranging flying and speaking tours. Earhart was a tall, but slight, attractive women with a winning smile. Her passion for equality will have added impact to her professional appearances.

For her solo Atlantic flight in 1932 she was awarded National Geographic Society’s gold medal from President Herbert Hoover; Congress awarded her the Distinguished Flying Cross.

However, her fame does not rest upon those fantastic achievements alone. Her books about her experiences as a pilot uplifted and excited her readers, and she consistently and deliberately raised awareness in the population that women could achieve as well as men. This dictum was even included in her last letter to her husband as she contemplated the great danger of attempting to fly around the world in 1935.

Although, sadly, Earhart did not achieve this, immense international interest followed the extensive, and expensive, search for her plane which was never found.

There was further worldwide excitement in 1945 over the mystery of whether bones found on Nikumaroro Island, an uninhabited Pacific coral atoll, could be hers.

A scientific paper by a doctor who examined the bones sparked forensic controversy. Public attention was more fascinated by the bones’ subsequent disappearance. Dr Hoodless’ notes and measurements are all that remain.

There are many awards under the Earhart name for encouraging girls into traditionally male careers. The initial ‘firsts’, the raising of women’s profile, the drama of the plane’s disappearance, the mystery of the skeleton and the ongoing awards all ensure that this attractive, skilled and brave woman will always be remembered.

Saudi Arabia has many restrictions on women. Infact, it can be said that women are not free in this country. Women are not allowed to go out in public without a male guardian. They cannot get married, get a passport or travel abroad without a permission from a male guardian. They wear hijab everytime.

Sophia, a robot was granted citizenship, the robot does not need a male guardian to move around, she doesn't wear hijab. Saudi Arabia doesn't grant a non muslims to get citizen but a robot has it.

I think, Saudi Arabia granted these privileges to the robot because the robot will be use to better the lives of the people. If permission is not granted to the robot it will not be able to carry out certain tasks.

Greed has a firm biological basis, and it has an even stronger social base. The definition of greed is extreme or excessive desire for resources, especially for property such as money, real estate or other symbols of wealth. A person who is dominated by greed will often ignore the harm their actions can cause others.

The customs and cultures we create have a significant effect on the outcome of our behavior, and it modifies our biological reactions. Sometimes the roots of greed in people lie in the lack of understanding among them about the importance of sharing resources and sharing them equitably. Some people do not possess the kind of morality that is necessary to care about others.

The term friendzone was publicised by a 1994 episode of the sitcom "Friends." The episode was entitled, "The one with the blackout." The character, Ross was lovesick for Rachel. Joey described Ross as being the "mayor of the friend zone."

In our culture, the friendzone is a situation in which one person of a friendship wants to enter into a romantic or sexual partnership, while the other does not. Some women feel that the concept of the friendzone is offensive because it implies an expectation that a woman should have sex with men in whom they have no interest.
