The answer to this is C. The consultant should upload the file to content. Then, the download delivery option should be disabled. This will provide enough information to customers who do not have access to Salesforce.
They can view the information but they will not be able to download the information because they do not have Salesforce. This will help give the details that the customers need without giving all of the information away. A lot of people will not bother copying the product specification if they cannot download it anymore but at least, they already have an idea what they should expect from the products or services that they are viewing.
Answer should be a) The $15,000 business is too new and has been assigned to Ommitted forecast category.
A lot of confusion around this question, also on https://success.salesforce.com/answers?Id=9063A000000ZlUHQA0 people disagree about this one.
I'd say B
And here it says 'metrics' (guess that's another word for statisctics) can be linked to reports:
so I'd say A+B here
Data quality is the numbers and values in relation to other numbers and values. Usually, this data is analyzed by someone in order to make conclusions. Even though people believe that numbers don’t lie, there is quality to data.
This means that some data has been extracted or found and it is believed to be more legitimate than data that is considered to be of low quality. With data, you want the data to be accurate or correct. It is difficult to do that outside of doing a lot of research.
When a consultant wants to recommend enforcing data quality and accuracy, he or she should create validation rules on leads, map the leads fields to the corresponding fields and create a lead conversion process.
Customer doesn't need to log into Salesforce to view the content shared with him through Content Deliveries.
But you can specify an expiration date on your content so remove access after a specified date.
