The correct answer is B. Margaret's dog is temperamental. She's afraid that it will bite a neighbor someday and she will be held responsible.
Why? It is the only answer that is likely to incur a personal injury or liable damage. Hence, a hazard or pure risk.

I would like to ask that this question be reviewed. Uninsured motorist coverage also includes property damage coverage which is subject to a $100 deductible in most cases. The law does not state that if there's no bodily injury due to being struck by an Uninsured motorist that you can not recover for property damage.

Companies will often pay up to $10,000 to remove pollution if it is covered by a “covered peril”. A covered peril is just something that the insurance company covers. If it the pollution isn’t covered by the insurance company, they can chose not to cover this specific issue. Most companies will chose not to cover anything not specifically listed in their policies because that’s money out of their pockets.

However, I know little about insurance. This is what I have found by doing my research and should be double checked. Insurance laws change and can be quite complicated, so take my answer with some caution. I may have found old information without realizing it. For now, that’s all I can offer you.

It's says that A, B, and C are correct and that's are the answers I chose but still got the question wrong. It highlighted A, B, and D as the correct answers.

With Conditions think "C" for conduct. This is the portion of the contract that describes rights and duties of the insured and the insurance company.
