A single Schwann cell wraps multiple segments of the axon membrane. A single Schwann cell can myelinate about 50 times. Nerves in the peripheral nervous system, or PNS, consist of many axons connected by Schwann cells.
If an injury occurs to a nerve, the Schwann cells can conduct regeneration by fabricating a type of pathway that leads toward the target neurons. Schwann cells provide myelin for peripheral nerve cells. Schwann cells remove the cellular debris left by dead neurons of the spinal cord. Schwann cells are involved in many aspects of peripheral nerve biology.

When men go to the gym, they are usually trying to either lose weight or gain muscle. Generally speaking, you can build muscles by lifting weights. However, there are certain routines that are better than others that will help to build muscles bigger and faster. The best routine would be for the person to lift weights every day except two days, but it should not be the same routine because different muscle groups should be used.
If you work out every day, then the muscles are going to get tired. So, the person should rest for a couple of days each week. The person should also eat healthy and make sure that he or she stays focused on their routine.
