Moving from one line to the next? This question is missleading. If you go to the end of the row, you will have a soft return and you do not have to hit the enter key to move to the next row. Correct? If you want a hard return then you push the enter key to move to the next line.

Like all other keys on a computer keyboard, the delete key when pressed will access the layer of electrical contacts formed directly onto a circuit board. The conducting material bridges the contacts, completes a switch, and triggers the specific circuit for the delete key.

That circuit performs the task of negating the underlined action, so if you had typed RED and then wanted to change that to BLUE, you would highlight RED press delete and the circuit would undo the typing of R E D.

There are actually two places you can change your font size in the newest version of Word. You can do it from the Home tab, or from the Format tab. You can also use the keyboard shortcut of “Control” + “Shift” + “F” to get to the font pop-up window. From all three of these places, you can change the size of your font.

You can also change your font, the color, and if it’s underlined, highlighted, bolded, or in italics from the home tab in Word 2016. The format tab (which is actually called the design tab in Word 2016) allows you to access the font pop-up window without using the keyboard shortcut. However, most of the basic functions are found on the home tab.

Standing for Graphics Interchange Format, a GIF is mostly used for scanned images such as illustrations. The copied information could also be turned into a JPEG, when using Edit, Paste Special. JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group. This command would be used in Microsoft Word, which is a software to create documents.
