According to the book all slides less than or equal to 48" exit heights from 0-11". If a slide is less than 48" the min. exit would be 0".

I put 14"-28". The relevance of the answer is too tight. Mine was correct and marked wrong. I'm not gonna have to fill the 's in on the exam!

If the answer is 50 , then that's a stairway no one can use. The question should be for the slope of a slide

According to the CPSC fig 13, the perimeter should be less than 17" and more than 28" to prevent Entrapment hazard. Therefore, the minimum perimeter should be 28" and maximum 17". Seems backwards, but your question should be worded differently.

Greater than 30" is the correct answer. 30" and below is a guardrail.
