Google documents are very useful because they can be edited - by yourself, or by another person, or commented upon by several. Each person is indicated by a different colour. The advantage is that, attached to your email, you can access the document when away from your computer or device, such as in the library. the steps in creating a Google document are first to be signed in to your google email account.

Normally you would go into Google Drive, first. This is where your documents are saved. Otherwise, log into email account, click the drop down arrow (next to upload), select documents, click the drop down arrow (next to create new). This is option B in the possible answers to the question.
