Deductive Reasoning Questions and Answers (Q&A)

An if-then statement is statement of uncertainty. People often use these words to express doubt or wonder about different possibilities. There are a number of words that describe the use of these words. Some common ones include conditional, hypothesis and conclusion. All of these express different means of assessing what would happen if a different situation arises.

These words describe the sequential process. First we describe the different conditions. Then we move on o hypothesizing about them and finally we conclude. This helps us reach a specific decision systematically. Of course, such situations arise many times in your daily life which are expressed with these if-then statements.
