Since cuisine is based on taste, the best or worst cuisine in the world is a relative term. A dish considered a delicacy in one culture will be considered horribly disgusting in another culture. Many cuisines in Africa and Asia include animals that are not on the menus of Western restaurants. These include organisms such as monkeys, grasshoppers, and other animals that do not usually occur in Western countries.

Because of globalization, certain cuisines are more common than others, such as Chinese, Indian, European, Middle Eastern, and American cuisines among many others. Less popular culinary traditions tend to be considered unusual and less popular. However, it is just an accident of history and economics that these became the less usual or popular foods and it might have been the other way around if history was a little different. As a result, there really is no objective answer to the question of what cuisine is the worst, at least in terms of taste.

The foods that are best for breakfast are nutritious foods containing a lot of energy that make someone feel full and give them energy to start the day. Oatmeal is good because it is filling. Eggs are also good because of their protein content as well as nuts. Nuts work because they reduce the chances of death. Another good choice for breakfast food is the banana because it contains abundant starch and potassium which is good for blood pressure. Berries also contain vital antioxidants which reduce the chance of disease and are also associated with a reduction in the chances of heart attack.

Coffee is also good because it can reduce the chances of developing type 2 diabetes. Flax seeds also contain abundant proteins and fibers and can reduce cholesterol. In short, foods that contain abundant nutrients and give you a full feeling so that you can start your day.

Furthermore, some individuals will simply opt out of breakfast. Some cultures have a fairly large breakfast such as Western cultures while for others, breakfast is a minor meal. In the Middle East, breakfast foods often consist of sweets. In Persia for example, one breakfast food is chocolate covered honeycomb.

In many cultures, breakfast often involves a form of bread and fruit. Typically breakfast foods tend to be light and full of sugar. Vegetables such as cucumbers, and tomatoes are also a breakfast staple in regions such as Israel. As can be seen, there is a large variety of what is considered breakfast from culture to culture. In Europe, as another example, breakfast tends to include some combination of bread and eggs which is also true of North American breakfast.
