Customize Your Email Templates

You can now customize the emails that get sent out with Recurring Invoices, as well as your default email for Invoices and Estimates. We’ve also added a few other improvements.

To customize your emails (including recurring invoices) go to the “My Company” page and scroll down to the Customization section. There you can fill in the Invoice Email Template and Estimate Email Template fields.

You can use tags to add things like name and reference. Just follow the guide in the green tip box (e.g. “Dear {name}”).

Other New Stuff

We’ve also added a few other features and updates, with more to come soon:

  • Improved speed and response when adding projects and tasks
  • Added ability to duplicate Estimates
  • Added a Save Invoice and Save Estimate feature for drafts (improved usability)
  • Added ability for all collaborators to track time on shared tasks (not just those that are assigned)
  • Added Fax and Mobile fields to Contacts
  • Highlighted Main Contact when viewing contacts by company
  • Added warning when moving away from time tracker window
  • Various bug fixes
