We are excited to announce that we are going to be updating the rules around our dialogue section of the O3 script. Our goal is to increase the overall dialogue time during the call because we have found a direct correlation between the total dialogue time and the conversion at the school.
Here are the new rules for the dialogue section of the call - these rules ONLY apply for the dialogue section. (Beginning at the question, "I just have a couple of questions to qualify your interest. Would that be okay?"): (The most important dialogue question is the first set of questions. If we can draw the customer out on the first set of questions then we can reach our overall goal of increasing our talk time from 6 min to 10 min. - excluding GED and Desired Degree paths)
1. You need to use 10 affirmative hot keys during the first set of dialogue questions. (U, O, Y, =, E, D, I)
2. You need to use 7 affirmative hot keys during the second set of dialogue questions. (U, O, Y, =, E, D, I)
3. You need to use the "G" hot key after any 2 second pause from the customer. (This INCLUDES at the point you would normally move on...)
4. You need to use the Short Repeat of each question in the following scenarios:
a. The customer provides a 1 sentence response or less than 5 words
b. The customer needs clarification after the "G". (Tell you more about what?)
5. Only move on to the next question after the customer indicates that they do not have any other information. (That's it, I don't know anything else, I don't have any more...)
