This configuration guide helps flesh out the WCS, or wireless control system. I found the section on configuring security solutions particularly helpful with some of the ONT objectives, but the entire guide is worth skimming to help make wireless concepts more concrete and the WCS in particular.

It includes everything you would need to know to configure and deploy a Wireless LAN controller, so you will want to skim the contents to find the areas you are weaker on, unless you are using the guide as a configuration guide.

A nice, slightly more in-depth discussion of the different VoIP codecs supported by Cisco systems. This might be a little more in-depth than needed for ONT, but if you're having problems keeping the different Codecs straight, it's good to check out.
