- Next, create your question and enter up to five different correct responses. Make sure you allow for alternate spellings and spacing as “Newyorkcity” is different from “New York City.” Add an explanation if you feel necessary.

- Your question will now appear in the quiz. However, you will still need to check up on the quiz from time to time and make sure that users are not inputting different correct responses than the ones you have provided. Here is an example of the fill-in question on a quiz:

- You can check on user input at the quiz main screen. Find your quiz by searching or looking it up on your user page and click on the icon. It should bring you to a page where you can enter the quiz, edit it, or delete it, provided you are logged in. You can also monitor quiz stats on this page, which is what we are about to do. Once you have found it, go to the bottom and choose the option “Score reports” to look for the quiz score reports from users. Inspect these reports and see if people are entering common alternate spellings of your answer choices to reduce the chance of a false negative score.
 Score Report
- Each score report has information on the quiz, such as the score, total correct, and result, as you can see below.

- You can also look at individual responses. In this case, the user entered the right answer “NY City” but was penalized because it didn’t match any of the answer choices.
