MAJOR UNUSUAL INCIDENT/UNUSUAL INCIDENT (MUI/UI)/ABUSER REGISTRY/INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS - ANNUAL TRAINING - 2014
5 Questions

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities requires employees involved with DODD clients to understand how to define MUI and UI occurrences and to monitor preventative actions to ensure health and safety to our clients and employees. Each client has the right to dignity, respect and to be involved in his/her care. We will promote that these rights are observed. Upon admission a written Bill of Rights will be reviewed with the client, the form will be signed and a copy will be given to the client. Please read the attached policy, "Major Unusual Incident/Unusual Incident (MUI/UI), the Abuser Registry and "The Rights of a Developmentally Disabled Individual."  ALL CLINICAL STAFF (including employees having patient contact - Van Drivers & LSW) WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ANNUAL TRAINING. Complete quiz.
