Microsoft stock has dropped by nearly 50 percent on his watch and he's missed every big new tech market of the past decade. If you were a Microsoft investor, would you fire Steve Ballmer?

 Hell, yes! It's about time!  No way! He's doing a great job!  I can't decide.
