To accommodate new arena traffic and new downtown developments, the Louisville Public Works Department is proposing to convert stretches of some downtown streets from one-way to two-way, and a study scheduled for release later this month is expected to make some preliminary recommendations. Public meetings for discussion will follow, and Metro Council approval is required for any change.
