#2 The answer is "your mom". If it is a lie that your mom always tells the truth, that doesn't logically imply that she ALWAYS lies. She could perfectly well sometimes lie and sometimes tell the truth, and it would be false to say that she always tells the truth. Maybe you should have smart people write these riddles. Pooters out.
