OK guys, After almost 3 weeks of typing on and off, I have finally finished the Comptia Linux+ Study Guide. It takes a great deal of typing to put a study guide together, especially if you're like myself and just highlight as you read, without taking notes in Microsoft Word. I hope you find this Linux+ study guide useful, should you decide to take Linux+ in the near future. Also please feel free to comment on it. I know my word skills suck, especially after typing 66 pages, but please bare with me. Additions and comments will be more than welcome. Thanks!

appl.gif Awesome , Amazing , Excellent appl.gif

This is also a great example of someone putting in hours of effort simply for the benefit of helping others ... for those who don't know ipchain created large parts of this Linux+ Study Guide after passing the Comptia Linux+ exam solely so others could benefit ... This deserves a HUGE applause clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif

Comptia Linux+ Study Guide covered on a tech blog

An excerpt is:
QUOTE
It covers everything from the filesystem to networking and is very well written. There are a few misspelled words here and there but this guy wrote all 66 pages himself and the way his forum post reads, he was quite exhausted from it. Good job to this guy though and I thank him for writing this and making it free for anyone who wants it.

I have no intention on taking the Linux Certification, since I use Linux daily

But reading from the study guide, you've written, I must say, Simply an amazing study guide, and it does go straight to the point, unlike others (not just for Linux).

It would definitely be handy for newcomers to the world of Linux.

Another study guide I would recommend, would be..

Linux+ Certification from TestOut.

Keep up the great work, Ipchain.. People like you are needed.

Thanks for the very nice comments Fujacks.

It's relaxing to see hard work pays off. I want to personally thank each and every one of you who has either viewed, or downloaded the study guide for the vast amount of support given.

Had it not been for you ( the members ), this study guide would have never existed. Thanks everyone!
