Send To: How To Put Another Link There ?

We all use the SEND TO dropdown menu to
send things to different places.  But how do
I put another item in the SEND TO folder.
Specfically I want to add to more items there
that are not listed,  I want to add:

Send to the DESKTOP ( not just a link) but the whole file

Send to the D:  drive ( cdrom Drive)
