Some Help And Guidance Needed Please

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am currently getting ready to reenter the IT field after a couple years away. The birth of a new baby girl will do that to you!

I am getting ready to start studying for my A+ exam and a couple of others. I am curios to know if it's possible to really get a grasp on all the informatiion from a website like this, plus a Mike Meyers study guide. Or should I definitley sign up for an e-learning class or take a classroom test etc.

Any advice you can give would be great. After my A+ I plan on getting my Security+, Network+ and then my CCNA.
