i am having blue screen error in this laptop someone gave me the first blue screen i get is a 0x0000007f error code which i can't find and the second blue screen it was a MFEHIDK.SYS error blue screen i look it up and its the mcafee virus program if i delete that file will it corrupt anything in the laptop , i also have a total defense security program that is in the computer that im thinking its the virus because it doesnt want to uninstall when i try to delete it off add and remove i need help ?i am running a acer aspire 5742-7120 with windows 7 os Posted Image

I suggest that you backup everything and reinstall Windows. Viruses are tricky and hard to get rid of once you get it.
