Will consistently practicing for the next 2 weeks help significantly boost my grade? What else can I do to improve it? thanks =D

try practise on collegeboard and also on proprofs :D

Maybe you should find a good review or a book (article) with examples where you can find out much useful on the topic you need to know more. Sure you'll have more knowledge after that.

I have the same issue with scores to my website (LG Lucid accessories), but don't know what else can boose my scores in the eyes of the customers, besides the content ...

Practice writing essays and read more books.

You can take the last SAT test this coming Saturday. I would recommend timing yourself and practicing sections, especially those that you have most trouble with. That will help you improve your score. Also, practicing the section that is specifically the one you are BEST in will help you raise your score easily.
