There have been several posts about this that have gone unanswered. Could support at ProProfs or user who has found a solution please respond and assist?
Problem: Image upload fails after creating ~10-15 flashcards. After clicking "save changes" or "save and continue editing," uploaded images no longer appear on respective flashcards. Browsers used - Chrome and Firefox. No problems uploading images for first 12-14 flashcards. Problem occurred for two separate decks I tried to create (after 14 and 12 flashcards images stopped uploading).
Solutions that haven't worked:
-Decreasing size of files
-Changing browsers
-Ctrl+F5 to clear cache
-Refreshing page
Any help would be appreciated!
