When I got the job in a it Support company they ask me about internet, troubleshooting, installing linux and windows, mainframe computer, computer networking, etc. it was not tough but they took around 30 minute interview in which around 40 question they asked from me and I answered only 25 question, no doubt they hire me.

They are nice questions but most of them are HR interview's questions, not of technical interview.

Here are some Tech Interview questions:

1. Can you tell me how to setup a home LAN?
2. What would you do to troubleshoot a computer if the computer reboots over and over again after loading Windows?
3. What would you do to troubleshoot an issue in which Microsoft Outlook will not load?
4. What steps would you perform to troubleshoot a printer that stopped printing?
