Hi,

I am a primary school ICT Technician / school support staff.  I have been in my role of 10 years and have decided that now is the time to try and gain a qualification with Comp TIA A+ Certification for PC Support.  I would like to improve my skills in PC support and administration and also gain some accreditation at the same time.  I have sent off for two books from Amazon to hopefully get a head start on studying and am going to attend a 6 day A+ Certification course sometime in September / October this year.  I am worried about the exams as I get quite panicky under exam situations.

I manage a network of 90 curriculum workstations / teacher laptops and curriculum wireless notebooks.

I have already found some really useful information on ProProfs and am very pleased to have found this site.  smile.gif
