Same Ip

Hey guys, ive a problem.....all my poll results are from guests as I have created it to survey some people.....however when i look at the results, they seem to be coming from the same IP address? although im pretty sure i checked that duplicate IP addresses cannot vote, is this due to the fact they are guests and it hides their IP, as when i did an IP search it did not show their ISP.....casn someone clarify this for me? thanks smile.gif

Which criteria or validation you have put to check(or ban) the same IP addresses.
