I am a foreign student seeking admission into any of the top US schools. Would I have to score higher than US citizens before I could be considered or are we competing at the same level?

I suppose the standards for the SAT test are the same, but schools may ask you to provide further proof of your fluency in English for example...

I suppose the level of the SAT are the same. Am a foreigner too looking forward to joining top US schools.Am going through the maths questions and found out that the topics I did in highschool are the same ones!!!
