looking at a job posting today and had to share...this seems unrealistic to me...anyone else?

Required Skills:
Cisco/TCP/IP knowledge and basic knowledge of routing and troubleshooting
Cisco CCNA is required
Experience with Servers, routers, switches, hubs, firewalls and networking equipment
Experience with MPLS, Frame Relay, T1, and DSL
Experience with Windows 2000/2003 and Internet troubleshooting skills
Understanding of Virtual Private Networks
Microsoft MCSE Certification is strongly desired.
Previous Experience working in a Network Operations Center is strongly desired.
Experience with Computer Associate's Spectrum and/or HP OpenView or other enterprise management systems is desired.
Communication Skills
Team work ability
Task oriented
Windows Vista, XP, 2000
Windows Server 2003, 2008
Microsoft SQL
Microsoft Exchange server 2003, 2007
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Citrix
Servers (HP, Dell, etc)

Well, I guess if the pay made up for all the certs and experience required, then I guess they can demand all of the above.
