I had gone to school to become MCSA and MCSE certified, but I never got around to taking the exams. I want to to become MCITP EA certified for the newer technology.

How may certificates is required to become MCITP Enterprise Admin certified, Four or Five?

Thank you in advanced.

Can I take the 70-640 exam first, if I don't have any other Microsoft certification (like 70-620 or 70-680) ?
