On this particular exam I used the CBT Nuggets and that's pretty much all you'll need. If you watch the videos twice you should have no problem with passing the exam. I watched the videos on Sunday and Monday. Took the test Monday at 4:30 after only two days of studying. The questions are pretty much straight forward if you watch the videos or if you read a book designed for the exam. Make sure you review the questions and answers twice before you end the exam. My passing score was 72 percent 3 questions above the passing mark. Understanding the terminology will definitely help you pass the exam so please know your terminology. Go to Amazon and find a used book for ITIL v3 ITSM it is worth the investment.

I must give thanks to Proprofs and its creators. Without this site I would have never thought that I could make a smooth transition from Concrete Pump Operator/CDL class B with air brakes to the world of information technology. This site has encouraged me to move forward and never let anything get in my way. I am not currently employed but I have had people contact me wanting to schedule me for interviews but I still have work to do.

Thanks Proprofs

It is looking like that you not need a professional service. you are just creating your plan.
