Comptia Certs Expire In 3 Years

ok I have to say I agree with most everyone here...the only reason I got my a+ was to get a foot in the door...Everyone I spoke to when I started out told me not to waste my time..Comptia Certs are not regarded highly at all, better to get Microsoft or "x" cert....that was when they never expire..so now...if they are looked on in such low light, why even bother with any more since they expire anyway...was planning on taking my security+ in the next month, but now maybe I will just go take the 70-270 and get my MCP instead, the test is less expensive and the cert is regarded much higher..

although I will say that on my Comptai profile my cert still shows as "never expires"
but....
