Depends on which college you would like to apply to. The Ivy League colleges and many other top colleges require the SAT and at least two SAT IIs.

Yale, Princeton and Harvard all require Subject Tests. The UC schools just dropped their requirement for them (they're just recommended now). Still, they look good. It shows you care (if you do - bad scores look bad).
