TCP/IP is the transfer control protocol and there are many sites are available with good TCP/IP. The easy trick to search the sites is that find that from Internet which has the huge collection of sites.

TCP / IP is a combination of both and describes the set of protocols that allows hosts to connect to the Internet. In fact, TCP / IP is a combination of more than two protocols.
