Has anyone taken any of the CCNP exams?  If so which is the easiest to start into this track?
642-901 BSCI Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks (BSCI)
642-812 BCMSN Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN)
642-825 ISCW Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks (ISCW)
642-845 ONT Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks (ONT)

Can you recommend any good books or training for any of these?

Depends on your experience, and what you enjoy more.

A lot of people start with BSCI or BCMSN, as they are kind of the 'meat' of the info.  IMO, ONT is the easiest, as it just doesn't cover as much as the other exams.  Go for what you are more interested in learning.

The Cisco Press books are gold for these exams.  There are exam guides for each exam, as well as indepth study guides for BSCI and BCMSN, all great and must have books.

There is also a CBT nuggets series on each exam.

Thanks for the information.  I will likely start with BSCI then.  Cisco Press books and Cisco programs are very good.  I completed the Cisco Academy program for the CCNA a while ago and I would recommend it to anyone because of how well the program was organized and the quality of the material.
