Can any one remember Speedball 2 on the Megadrive. It was one of my favourite games ever. Speed, aggression and all things good, but I haven't seen it at all since the Megadrive died.

Is there a site anywhere where I can play it, download it, buy it etc. I dont own a Megadrive but would consider buying one just for the game.

Secondly, what was your favourite Megadrive game and why.

Mine were Speedball 2 for speed, aggression and excitement. Alien 3 a good platformer. Flashback was brilliant and was groundbreaking, so was Another World.

Like to here what you think,

After the Megadrive died I got a greystation 1, then sold it, then got another, then sold it. Then I got a N64 and have been offically converted to Nintendo with a N64, GameCube, Wii, Wii Fit, Gameboy and DS. Nintendo all the way.

P.S. Can ANYBODY remember the Megadrive sad.gif

Well, C'MON People, Pay homage to the Megadrive - this may be your last chance. There must be some silver gamers on this site. Show Yourselves, Dont be shy.

I remember the Mega Drive but most on this site will know it by it's American name, the Genesis.  I never had Mega Drive but did have it's cheap sibling, the Master System II, good times.

Speedball 2 was recently released on the xbox 360 under the live arcade section. Used to love that game and spent countless hours playing it on the megadrive.
I used to love Shining Force 2, Street Fighter 2, Premier Manager 97, Fifa, Sensible Soccer, World Cup Itialia 90, NBA Jam.. Still have some of them some where.
