Hi everybody,

I will have an interview for a leading position. The interviewers are native English speakers,as English is my second language I need help in expressing answers for the following questions:
Background: The position is 'head of department' at a university. I have had the same position 5 years ago.
Note: 1. I need full expressions, not what is better and not good to say because this kind of help is never worked with me.
         2. Please imagine any story, dates, places,results in my field and position and then I will replace them to my real stories.

Q1: Commitment:
Describe a time when you have taken responsibility for tackling difficult problems to complete a task or project.
