I recently decided to study for the CCENT exam. Right now I have the cisco press book as well as CBT Nuggets for ccent. In my opinion the CBT nuggets are much easier to comprehend. So my question is: Are the the CBT Nuggets good enough as primary training to pass the CCENT? I would like to use the cisco press book as a reference, but it is too boring for me to read it straight through.
Long time viewer, first time poster. Thanks for the help.

In my experience with CBT nuggets (used them for about 8 exams now), they are awesome material to have. Like you said, are easy to watch, and are a nice break from reading.
That being said, IMO, they are not enough to be the primary learning. I usually consider them a 'crash course' on the subjet, and the books to be the real depth.
I would suggest watching them, then hit the books, but maybe not as fully. Maybe skim through them, and only really focus on the parts that you notice the nuggets lack in. Go through your practice questions to see what weak areas you have, and use both CBTs and books to help.

Thank you for your response. The instructor in the nuggets is Jeremy Cioara, I dont know if any one else has had experience with this guy but he keeps things interesting. I have only watched the first 4 videos, but from what I have seen so far has been impressive.

Yup, he does pretty much all the Cisco nuggets, from CCNA, CCNP, to CCIE and I think even CCVP and CCSP.
