Hello,

Just wondered if anybody has an idea as to what the problem might be?


I tried to install webplus 10 and get this error software\classes\clsid{D27CDB6E}-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000\PROGID verify that you have sufficent access to that key

That's a cryptic error if I've ever seen one

Have you googled the error message you get? That's usually my first step with errors like this.

My first guess would be you are installing this software without the necessary level of permissions -- are you an admin on this PC?

Yes that was the first thing I did, Hence my post for help, The funny thing is though is that it installs ok on my laptop,

I presume that I have Admin right has I am the only one using it,

Great News I managed to fix the problem and I am please to say that I have managed to Install webplus ,Actually, the way I got around it was to give myself "Full Control"
permissions to the entire registry prior to attempting to install ,
