Hiya
I seen the new my sims game and it looks good but i don't know which console to get it on the nintendo Wii or the DS. Which one do you think is better and why?

Well you will prolly be more impressed with the wii version of the sims due to more features, but i would recommend the ds version because you can carry your sims with you everywhere. You never really know when you might find yourself bored and need alittle pick me up and those little guys know how to do it.

I would go with the wii, seems alot more interactive, although the ds can be taken anywhere.....

Don't use them myself, but we have both in my household and both of my young sons play with each system a lot.

Really the two systems can't be compared as one is a portable system and the other a gaming console.  If you're looking for something portable, go with the DS, otherwise choose the Wii (if you're looking to buy a Wii, you might want to start looking now, as they will be scarce with the holiday season moving into full gear).

I personally have a DS and you could probably get the older larger ones for very cheap now. I would highly recommend getting a R4 or M3 cartridge which enables you to do so much more with your DS. Anything from playing backups of your games, or playing home brew games and Apps made by people.

  Yeah the DS is great. If you're trying to consider which to buy a game for, the wii version would no doubt be better. It just depends on how often you think you'll want to play it on the go. If you can see yourself pulling out your DS and playing all the time, you might want to get it for that. I play my DS at work all the time because I work on a computer helpdesk from 4am to noon. Nobody calls me at 4am. Other than that though, I don't play it that often. So I would probably get the wii version.

I personally do not have nither of those, but I have a friend who has both of them and he said that Wii is terrible.
He bought his Wii, played once and after that he wants to "throw it away".
He said graphics in Wii is terrible; moreover, you can take DS anywhere you want.
So I would prefer to buy a DS.

I love my WII and i dont feel bad about letting my kids play it because they are moving around and not becoming fat...

You should get a big TV. i have got from a 27 to a 42 inch and OMG it is night and day. Also get the HDMI hook up for the WII it till make it look soooooooo much better

I say Wii is the best, simply because of the gyros in it. Its great. Tired of the whole joy stick configuration

I own a DS, but I have played Wii and I can say that I would rather have a Wii.
