First of all don't let the Essentials and IT exam objective confuse you. They are both different and have their own objective. So don't follow the Essentials objective if your going for your IT exam or vice versa. I noticed that there wasn't an IT objective in this topic so I'll give you guys it

Gets this error message when trying to open it. Same when trying to save it first & then opening it. Can anyone help in knowing what's wrong?


EDIT: It appears problem's with Adobe itself rather than document & hence will get it reinstalled. That should resolve the issue.

I am Interested in taking the A+ exams do i have to atke both of them at the same time 601 & 602 or can i take them weeks apart or months apart is there a time limit? how much questions are normally associated with the exams i know they are multiple choice and what is the passing mark ?

Hehe as printed on the book it's an All-In-One (Sixth Edition would be best) study book It's good for Essentials, 602, 603, 604 as a book resource to study with My advice is to study the whole book cause the questions you get from the exam cover every chapter in the book. Don't rely solely on the book. Make sure to study with online practice tests, wiki.org, Proprof forums etc Good luck

well, I am already certified from some time before 2006 when the test changed. I guess I only need to take the 220-603 part to be up to date. As it turns out, I do troubleshooting over the phone and email for a living, so it should be really easy... right?
