What I have heard is that the scorers grade pretty quickly based mainly on length and not accuracy of factual content.

Because you only have 25 minutes to write your essay, you pretty much have to write nonstop. Unfortunately i have heard that wordy, long essays that aren't really that concise get good scores.
Therefore, make sure your essay is as long as it can be (of course if its bad quality, your still going to get a bad score)

Prewriting( 4-5 minutes)
Intro 4 - 5 minutes
2-3 body paragraphs (4-5 minutes) each
Conclusion par (2-3 minutes) <-basically just restate your thesis, write some obvious generalizations that were either in your intro or made evident through your body paragraphs, and make some profound insight that connects to the world and real life.
Check work ( 1-3 mins)

^that probably adds to more than 25 minutes, but basically the simplest plan is just make sure every 5 minutes you are on your next paragraph (5 par essay).

Basically those instructions tell you how to effective "bs" your essay. Most likely you wouldn't get higher than a 8 or 9 doing that. But perhaps you will get lucky with a lazy grader who glosses over your essay giving it a high score just based on its length use of high level vocab words and references to scholarly high school reading such as A Tale of Two Cities and the Great Gatsby.

But to be honest, the best way to get better at the SAT essay is through writing essays at school. I am particularly good at essays because of AP US history - (I have an amazingly strict at essay grading teacher who teaches us how to write essays magnifenctly) we have to come in write an essay on a topic without any prior prewriting in our 55 minute bell. Also in my english class we sort of write essays frequently.

Just get really good at writing essays under pressure, and developing smart generalizations and a thesis in just a moment or two. You need to be able to decide what you are going to write about the second you see the prompt. According to what I've heard though, the most important aspect on the SAT essay is length - so make sure you write as much as you can.

Good Luck,
God Bless you and Merry Christmas!
Perhaps if you pray God will help you write your essays better!

Writing quality essay needs full attention and time. You needed to focus on outline and to select an appropriate topic. If you will choose a good topic then you can definitely write well for that topic.

What you gonna do is to prepare efficient and specific examples to support your main thesis. When I was on my way practising, I was fed up with my viewpoitns since I could not find any interesting or strong details to uphold my saying. So, be prepared well for examples. I bet you can do it!
