Top Interview Flashcards

A job interview can be one of the most stressful situations you’ll face - but it’s also the gateway to some of your most important opportunities! Most jobs require some sort of interview, where the employer will try and get a feel for what kind of person you are, what your strengths and weaknesses might be, and whether you will be a good fit for the team.

The most important advice for any job interview is: be the best version of you. That means not distorting who you are or trying to change your basic personality to fit in with whatever mold you think the employer is looking for. But it also means highlighting what’s best about you and working on whatever needs work. In job interviews, just like in life, the old saying is really true: honesty is the best policy. If you’re not honest, you may find yourself getting hired for a job that isn’t right for you, and it’s always better to find a good fit rather than try to change who you are.
