Top Chemical Flashcards

Chemicals sound complex and difficult, but really everything around us is a chemical. For something to be considered a chemical compound, the different substances that are found in it must be bonded so that they cannot be separated by physical means, but only through chemical reactions. If you mix olive oil and water, this is not a chemical compound because they are easily separated. However, carbon dioxide is a compound.

It can only be broken down into carbon and oxygen if one or more of the atoms bond with something else. There is so much to know, and it can be embarrassing when everyone else in the room seems to be smarter than you. Do you want to learn more about chemical compounds and chemistry?
