Sample Space

The set of all possible outcomes for an experiment


Permutation

An ordered arrangement of items in which; no items should be twice and order matters.


Combination

An arrangement of items in which, order doesn’t matter and items can appear more than twice


Mutually exclusive

Two events A and B or mutually exclusive, if they cannot occur at the same time


Independent

A and B are independent if, the occurrence does not affect the probability of the other.
