Divisibility Rule for 2 Any even number (a number ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) can be divided evenly by 2.
Divisibility Rule for 10 Any number that ends in 0 can be divided evenly by 10.
Divisibility Rule for 5 Any number that ends in 0 or 5 can be divided evenly by 5.
Divisibility Rule for 4 If the last TWO digits can be divided evenly by 4, then so can the entire number.
Divisibility Rule for 8 If the last THREE digits can be divided evenly by 8, then so can the entire number.
Divisibility Rule for 3 Add up the digits of the number. If that sum can be divided evenly by 3, then so can the entire number.
Divisibility Rule for 9 Add up the digits of the number. If that sum can be divided evenly by 9, then so can the entire number.
Divisibility Rule for 6 If the number is even and if the sum of the digits can be divided evenly by 3, then the entire number can be divided evenly by 6.
