What type of disk I would use to backup this data without using the acronym?

I need to backup the information on my computer. It will be approximately 4 GB of information, so a CD-R and CD-RW will not work. I will be updating my backup disk in a few months and will be using the same disk.

Digital versatile disk rewritable. ADVD+RW is like a dvd+r, but can be erased and rewritten. DVD+RW must be completely erased in order for new data to be added. DVD+RW discs can hold 4.7gb of data and do not come in double-sided or double-layer versions like DVD+RW do. still, 4.7gb of data is a lot of storage space. combined with their ability to be re-recorded, DVD+RW are a great choice for making frequent backups of your data. To record data onto a DVD+RW disc, you'll need a DVD burner that supports the DVD+RW format.
