What tag will you add for the following sentence: "You'll be leaving for Los Angeles soon, __________"?

Beg to differ. In order for the answer to be 'Aren't you?' the question would have to read "You're leaving for LA soon, _______?"

"Won't" is the companion to "will," which is the contraction used. The correct answer is "won't."

This is future continuous with 'will', not with 'be going'. In this case, the correct answer is 'won't', not 'aren't'.You'll be leaving for Los Angeles soon, won't you?as opposed to

You are going to leave for LA soon, aren't you?
