Large central vacuole can only be found in plant cell not in animal cell. And also chlorophyll is found in the chloroplast which is responsible for photosynthesis in the plant and we all know plant cell have cell not animals. None of the answers is correct.

All four are not found in animal cells. Chlorophyll is found in chloroplasts and since these organelles are never found in animal cells (protista such as euglena are not classified in the phylum animals any more). Animal cells don't have cell walls or large vacuoles.
