Date/Time

Date
Like the name suggests, this setting lets you set the system date. Make sure that you enter it in the correct format. Normally this is set to mm/dd/yy but may vary from one motherboard manufacturer to another.

Newer versions of Windows lets you change the date within the built-in “Date/Time Properties” feature and the BIOS date is updated automatically by the system.

Time
The system time - Most systems require this to be entered using a 24-hour clock (1:00 pm = 13:00, etc.)

Newer versions of Windows lets you change the time within the built-in "Date/Time Properties" feature and the BIOS time is updated automatically by the system.
