  1. Green, red, and/or blue dots remain on the screen:

    • Dots that remain on are the characteristics of the liquid crystal being used in today's technology. These are manufacturing defects. However, if the dots are too big and are causing a lot of problem then contact the vendor and ask for a replacement.

  2. Colors are distorted with dark or shadowed areas:

    • Contact your Hardware vendor.

  3. Screen image is not centered or sized properly:

    • Adjust the Horizontal and Vertical settings on the Position menu or the Image Size setting using the front panel menu buttons.
